12th State Design Co. was founded to fill a gap in the real estate market by offering a boutique home staging experience that helps potential buyers step into a property and truly envision it as their own. Katie, who brings seven years of interior design experience, completed her first staging project in 2019, and since then has staged hundreds of homes across the Triangle.
What began with a few pieces borrowed from her own home has grown into a full-service staging company with a 5,200-square-foot warehouse and a team capable of staging 20+ homes per month. Their services include vacant staging, pre-listing consultations, and same-day real estate photography, combining design expertise with strategic marketing to help homes sell faster and stand out in the market.
